  I called the front desk on 12/27/16, only to have the phone answered by a RUDE and unhelpful woman. I ended up going to a different doctor's office simply because of the horrible customer service. NOT FRIENDLY. She acted very annoyed that she had to help me on the phone and I'm a very friendly person.
